I have little pity for Gaza because of hamas. Egypt even has problems with them. They were given stepped autonomy and all hamas has done has used it for a launching pad of violence. Hiding rocket launchers in or near hospitals and schools during the infitada.

Palistinian leadership does not want peace, they wouldn’t know how to run a country if they got it without massive aid inflow. They only want one of two things. The status quo, or Israel pushed into the med.

I guess the Jews in the ME just need to die or leave.

Lots of people thought today would be worse, but so far, nothing is indicating that. Estimates of 600 protesters compared to 35,000 (from what I saw) yesterday then again, it could still kick up over the next few hours after they get out of the funerals of the 60 that died yesterday.

There has been warning after warning but it seems business as usual there. Who knows what's coming.

This is all a play by Iran. They want the world to come down hard on Israel and are probably trying to get Hezbollah to attack as well but its not working, at least not yet.

Agree 100% with what was said above, however, I think Iran is holding back on getting Hezbollah to attack instead of them being hesistant to attack... maybe waiting to see if Israel is going to attack their positions in Syria again or something like that?

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on May 14 condemned the “humanitarian tragedy” in Gaza, describing Israeli violence against Palestinian protesters as “genocide.”

“What Israel is doing is genocide, and it is not doing this genocide for the first time today. As you know, this occupation has continued since 1948,” Erdoğan said during his visit to London on May 14.

The Turkish government declared a three-day national mourning and decided to “recall its ambassadors from Tel Aviv and Washington for consultations,” Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdağ told reporters in Ankara following a cabinet meeting on May 14.

“Today will go down in history as Bloody Monday for Muslims and Islamic countries… The U.S. has violated United Nations Security Council decisions by opening its embassy in Jerusalem,” he added.

Turkey also summoned Israeli Ambassador to Ankara Eitan Naeh to tell him to “return to his country for a period of time,” an official told AFP on condition of anonymity.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has recalled its ambassadors to Romania, Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic because these countries participated and celebrated at a reception of the US embassy which opened in Jerusalem.

Highlights of Hamas press packet May 14 2018...

Hamas defined the day of violent clashes at Israel’s border with Gaza on May 14, 2018, during which some 59 Palestinians were claimed to have been killed, as proof of a victory for jihad and the armed struggle against Israel.
It openly admitted these were not spontaneous demonstrations but a campaign orchestrated by Hamas.
On May 14, Hamas explained the goals of the “Great Return March,” which are the elimination of the State of Israel and ethnically cleansing any Jewish presence from the land:
“Our people set out today to react to the new American Zionist aggression and to tell the world with its blood and limbs that it is the one that will draw the map of return and the map of victories.”
“The blood that has been spilled in resisting this crime will arouse a revolution until the occupation is removed, and the embassy is removed from Palestine forever.”
If, in the past, Hamas counted its victories according to the number of Israeli casualties, today it measures victory according to the number of Palestinian casualties.
“Combat organizations are managing and supervising the peaceful marches of our people, and this is one of the rights and legitimate methods of struggle of our people, and they are managing the marches, supporting them, and standing as their defenders, like a shield that protects them…. [The enemy] must not try the patience of the struggle or the continued patience of the al-Qassam Brigades…

“This is jihad – victory or causing death in the way of Allah.”

There is the truth.
