Plus they all of a sudden announced testing the presidential alert system through cell phones next week.
This is a coincidence. It takes a lot of time to set something like that up.
It maybe coincidence but as far as taking a long time to set up would defeat the purpose considering a. Emergencies can happen without notice.
b. This system would already exist ,surely designed to be activated at a drop of a hat. If not a couple of phone calls. ?

This system does exist, and has for a while, and it is designed to be initiated quickly in response to an urgent emergency. But, it has never been actually tested. It makes sense that it should be, considering.
The system may not need set up and preparation for sending the test message, but the planning and coordination and paperwork involved takes a long time, as it should in order to get it right.
There really is no reason at the moment to be suspicious of this upcoming test.

According to another article, there was some illegal activity going on there. That is why it was shut down.

This thread may few months old but when j was reading up about this, I heard they found a body up near the mountains that were close to the observatories. But yet, They dont say it's related to the observatories being shutdown. It sounds like a cover-up went down
We wont know who shot first or who won, but we will know how bad the fallout is going to be
