Ok. So, the Russians are going to bomb one arty piece. One. With multiple planes. For one towed gun. Right.

Something does not pass the smell test here. The SAA and Russia didn't want aid supplies going to people they believe are rebels. It's been said already on here that people will die because of this. All while the UN is completely impotent. Angering and sad.
We're going to rip out their living guts and use them to grease the treads of our tanks.- Gen. George S. Patton

Some city in the middle of another countries civil war is not worth world war 3. There isn't anything the UN could do. You can't just launch air strikes or declare war on the world's second most powerful nation...if that's what your pushing for its pretty much more escalation. Obama is making the right call...condemning it and backing off

The UN can expel Russia and Syria from UN meetings. (Temporary though). However Russia would be po'ed.

Obama has been backing off constantly. (The red line he set... well lol).

However it is going to be interesting and worthy of keeping your eyelids semi open for the next few weeks to see how things roll.

Like ive stated multiple times. The people need to help themselves before they can be expected to get help.
The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.

The plot thickens...

Lavrov rejects claims that aid convoy was hit by Syrian Air Force

The Russian top diplomat says the Syrian aviation could not have worked as the attack on the convoy occurred during the hours of darkness when Syrian warplanes do not fly

"Kerry planned to meet Tuesday night with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and propose to him that the only way to restart the truce and prove Moscow’s commitment and influence was the immediate grounding of the Syrian air force."

Interesting. Is that the inimitable Russian way of tacitly admitting guilt, by ruling out the only other possibile suspect that could have committed the act?
