The E-7's were developed under contract to the RAAF. The RoKAF owns the aircraft in question, Boeing/Grumman are the daddy warbucks...I mean, vendors. Don't worry. Kim Amok doesn't have warheads to spare nuking a backwater like Oz. They''re well on track to kill themselves without help.
Making too much stew out of one oyster, folks. Kimmie isn't going to nuke squat. He squeezes the trigger, he looses his grip on the gravy train.
Very little of this has anything to do with the Korea's. This has everything to do with russian and chinese perquisites. Kimmies a meat puppet.
The russians want western money to start flowing back into putins dacha. The chinese want their hegemony over future south china sea oil money assured. The DoD spins all of it to keep their heroin money rolling into the puzzle palace. The only real wild card is 'how nuts is kim'. Despite the lame assurances of the CIA, who apparently cannot differentiate a Weapon of Mass Destruction from Warka, he is quite crazy by sanity standards of a healthy civilization. His thinking is literally alien. This little fat bastard is from another planet where he is a god, and he does truly believe that. His game is what's in this for kim? $$$$

"DEFCON 3 ROUND HOUSE Increase in force readiness above that required for normal readiness Air Force ready to mobilize in 15 minutes"

Has there been an increase in readiness that's above normal? And is the Air Force ready to mobilize in 15 minutes? If the answer to both of those questions is yes, then we should be at level 3.

We do not attempt to, nor do we claim to, represent the military's current DEFCON level. That would, in fact, be very difficult, since different branches can be at different DEFCON levels, and even within a specific branch different units can be at different DEFCON levels simultaneously.

This is geared towards the civilian population, so they can make informed decisions regarding nuclear threats that may impact the US.

North Korea sold a version of this missile to Iran under the designation BM-25. The number 25 represents the missile range (2500 km).[12][13][8][14] The Iranian designation is Khorramshahr, and it was unveiled and test-fired in September 2017.[15][16][17] Earlier test firing occurred in January 2017.[18] According to IISS expert Dempsey, the missile looks very similar to Hwasong-10.[19][20] It carries 1800 kg payload over 2000 km[21] (Iran claims it has decreased missile size over the initial version, thus reducing propellant mass and range).[22] Such a range covers targets not only in Israel, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, but even NATO members Romania, Bulgaria and Greece, if fired from Western Iran.[22] Iran claims it can carry multiple warheads, most likely a reference to submunitions.[23] It has potential to carry nuclear warheads, but it is uncertain whether it can carry multiple nuclear warheads due to their size.[24][22]

Ad nauseum.
That's just the wiki entry. The subject was a major hot potato the last time the us and russians met on the issue. Iran is one of the major conduits for russian aid to the DPRK.
Gordon Bennett, people! How do you miss this stuff? The DPRK has been selling the damn things for years. All of the unibrows scuds are nork knock offs. The BM21/Khorranshahar is just the latest in a long, long trail of shiitehead/DPRK weapons trade. A three second google search gives you thousands of hits. I though you were the nuclear war experts.
