What they are saying is that during the strike, over 100 missiles were sent. Many were intercepted

I heard they shot Down 13 missiles, from what I heard, we destroyed as research plant and a storage base that contained chemical weapons. And Assad is in a bunker in Iran
We wont know who shot first or who won, but we will know how bad the fallout is going to be

The report as been growing from 13 to 20 and now its much more.

They are just trying to save face for as much that was hit. They don't want people to know they are vulnerable.

Fox 4 just stated ALL SITES HIT.

All sites were probably in fact hit, because they were shooting more than one missile per target. It seems to me around 10% of missiles were shot down. Considering the systems used (they were actually really good when new) and the Syrians budget and amount of training (or lack there of compared to the West or Russia), this seems like a reasonable number.

If Russia did shoot down missiles and it gets confirmed then that would likely be enough retaliation from their part. There will likely be more, harsh diplomatic moves, maybe some added pressure in the region. They won’t do anything massive.
Could maybe be a second wave of strike at some point but we’ll have to wait and see.

To all the new members: I know my tag says new member but I’ve been here for months. Try not to panic too much. Whilst it’s obvious this won’t go unanswered it probably won’t get too out of hand unless it’s discovered that Russian soldiers have been killed..

Why not to get to excited about Hal turner reporting,
"US defence forces set to defcon 2 world wide"

Zero sourcing of who if any one leaked this info.

Isn't the official Defcon level classified? I've grown up around military installations and with military family members and I don't ever recall knowing what the actual Defcon was.

Putin called an emergency UN meeting.

Think this is going anywhere downhill? I don't really expect anything considering no Russian casualties/retaliation tonight.
