I believe Kerry and Johnson made the decision at their meeting on Friday! Banks as you say, have said there will be no discussion and decision is final.....so deed done.
They have time to clear their account....12th December, so not frozen as I thought earlier.

I guessed there may be a link. Ofcom has already sanctioned them for 'biased reporting' and am sure tptb would love to see them closed down completely and this could be the first step in the process.
