I would be more concerned about how your population will react to Oz suddenly becoming the most desirable place to be for the remaining 4 billion people on the planet. Good luck with that.

Congrats

Now that the store is fully stocked with AIDS and CDs about tigers (wtf?), you've officially reached the depths of sites like Infowars, and no-one will trust your analysis.

Congrats, I guess?

https://twitter.com/BuckTurgidson79 South Korea Is Preparing A "Surgical Strike" Against The North - Report | Zero Hedge They have probably been drawing up plans for one for a long time. It would be foolish of them if they hadn't been. I'm thinking this is more sensationalist news than real news. T...

2x C-130s heading eastbound towards Richmond RAAF base. Unusual traffic for this time of night. They usually travel solo around here too.

Mentioned on Twitter, might have already been posted here, but note that the Korean LiveATC feeds all went down at 2216z. Only one still up is the HF feed that's just noise.

Re: Raven Rock: The Story of the U.S. Government’s Secret Plan to Save Itself

The funny thing (or really not so funny) is that these plans never seemed likely to succeed in the medium to long term. How the hell is modern industrial society supposed to continue under nuclear winter condintions or with every city over 100K destroyed? How would a rebuilding occur with Soviet bi...

Raven Rock: The Story of the U.S. Government’s Secret Plan to Save Itself

One of my favourite podcasts had a fascinating episode this week that is totally relevant to DWS. :) They're interviewing the author of Raven Rock: The Story of the U.S. Government’s Secret Plan to Save Itself--While the Rest of Us Die , which goes into all the neat details of the US gov's nuclear w...

Re: New Theme

Don't quote scientific research with me! I've got my gut to tell me what's right! In all seriousness, though, all three of those articles quote the same study, so effectively only one single reference. However, I can see their point. (Pun intended.) :D Good point, though it's something I've seen an...

Re: New Theme

That is absolutely true for printed text. When dealing with a computer screen, however, white text on black background is much easier on the eyes and leads to much less strain. https://ux.stackexchange.com/questions/53264/dark-or-white-color-theme-is-better-for-the-eyes https://tatham.blog/2008/10/...
