It doesn't surprise me that Israel may be responsible for the explosion and subsequent oil spill. It wouldn't be the first time the Jewish State has put it's politics and military actions above environmental and humanitarian concerns. I hope the UN continues to keep a critical eye on Israel as much as they do Iran. Neither side is guiltless, and we may see more of such disasters to come.
Terrorism by independent actors seems unlikely, unless a radical group in Egypt or the Sinai has missiles and the ability to launch them.
