Might as well dedicate a topic to Skyking messages and EAMs. This way, we can be much more organized should a high priority Skyking come through the HF. If radio chatter ever picks up again, post EAMs/Skykings that you overhear, here.

Frequencies to monitor:
8992 KHz USB
11175 KHz USB
6737 KHz USB
8890.94 KHz USB
8991 KHz USB

I know there are more, please post them below.

And a handy-dandy guide to EAMs and Skykings that's been floating around the forums, stickied here:

What exactly is the source for that EAM guide? I've seen it around a lot, but how do we know it's accurate?

It originally appeared on one of the first Sit. Rep topics regarding the Unknown Event. I can't seem to find the guide anywhere else. Not sure if it's accurate or not, but it seems to hold it's worth. I saw somewhere on here that Skykings may not always mean nuclear go/no go codes, so there's that.

When I started monitoring military frequencies, it did help when it comes to what a Skyking (x)x generally sounds like.

I've been updating it, a redirect is in place but it's probably more reliable to now use the new domain http://www.warmonitor.net/index.php?page=database or just warmonitor.net and click the "database" button on the left.

Site's still under construction so please excuse any mess.

I heard a weird pulsating noise (Some kind of channel marker probably) at 8991 kHz USB, which was one of the frequencies to monitor. Is that normal?
