I sent this to another member via PM but I've seen a couple more requests so making a thread for it in here. :)

Windows has a built in tool for this called the 'snipping tool'. If you hit the windows key, then start typing 'snip' it should appear in the search results. Here's the official MS guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/ins ... screenshot

Once you've got the screenshot, save it somewhere, then head over to http://imgur.com/ and click 'new post'. You can then either drag the file onto the window, or click browse and find the file you saved earlier. Once submitted you should see a thing like this:

Hover over the little down arrow on the top right of the image, then click 'Get share links', then copy the field that says 'BBCode (Forums)'. This will give you code like this:

Code: Select all

If your screenshot is massive, an easy way to make it smaller is to put an 'm' between the dot and the last character of the filename, like this:

Code: Select all

You can link to the big version like this:

Code: Select all

Instead of an 'm', you can also use an 's' for small or 'l' for large. :)

Hope that helps!
