Was it like the regular sounder, or was it different?
The release of atomic energy has not created a new problem. It has merely made more urgent the necessity of solving an existing one.

Well, the regular sounder is essentially something that sounds like an old computer, followed by Pac-Man noises.

I'm not exactly sure. If I were to guess, its to inform of incoming messages, although, I haven't heard any messages in the last half hour.
UPDATE (9:03 AM): Some French people talking. Not sure if it's a part of NATO, or just some accidental traffic.
UPDATE (9:08 AM): We've got a sounder.
UPDATE (9:14 AM): All stations call message from Antiquity for Ski Run.
UPDATE (9:38 AM): Another sounder.
UPDATE (9:59 AM): Some French people talking. They sound like they're in some form of an argument.
UPDATE (10:05 AM): All stations call from Delegate.

Pretty sure the sounder is over-the-horizon radar, and I think one of these threads it was stated that it comes out of Australia. Would make sense that the frequency would pick up with the events on the Korean Peninsula.

Another all stations from Delicate. (I'm not sure if its Delegate or Delicate, he's pronouncing it differently each time.)
