I've been updating it, a redirect is in place but it's probably more reliable to now use the new domain http://www.warmonitor.net/index.php?page=database or just warmonitor.net and click the "database" button on the left.

Site's still under construction so please excuse any mess.

I heard a weird pulsating noise (Some kind of channel marker probably) at 8991 kHz USB, which was one of the frequencies to monitor. Is that normal?

Yes, it is fairly common, it's a digital message format very similar to ALE, but it is encoded.

Edit: I just heard some over the horizon radar that was bleeding over onto 8992

Last I knew 2 of them were still under repairs from the tornado that went through Offutt AFB on June 16th, haven't heard that they are back in service. Did see one take off yesterday afternoon though, but that's insignificant.
